I'm baffled by the amount of negative reviews from folks who simply did not follow instructions. I requested an appointment online, got a call to confirm 48 hours before said appointment. If you do not answer the call to confirm, you lose your appointment, simple as that. They have a lot of people trying to get their pets in for an appointment, they don't have time to track you down. I have had a male and a female cat fixed here with no issues at all. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. I definitely recommend.

The team was amazing and they offer really low prices!! If you have any issues, they are very responsive and helpful. This is an amazing organization that could use everyone's support.

I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. we brought my kitten in to get spayed, she already had a rabies shot, they didn’t care, the teenage looking girl didn’t even bother to look at the rabies tag I PROVIDED. they made us get a second shot after a two hour drive i said whatever. they don’t care about the integrity or health of your cat. they want money. DO NOT GO HERE. on top of that they put a bandage on her which stuck to her so bad i had to go to a second vet to get it removed. it costed $200. please for the love of god, do not get your pets spayed here.

I had to take my cat back to another veterinarians office 10 days after her spaying due to someone putting a clear bandage over her belly. We were instructed to remove said bandage after 10 days post surgery. This bandage became virtually 1 with her skin and was tearing her skin off her body when we tried to remove it by ourselves. The vet had to sedate her, and utilise a special solution to remove it, had to clean up the area, etc (over a 200$ vet bill). I have talked 3 credible veterinarians in my local area who all claimed to never heard of such thing utilised for a spaying procedure. Hearing her scream in the vet in panic and pain did it for me. Thanks Wire Grass SNA for a being cheap! I guess you get what you pay for.

Love this place and how it helps the community. We have gotten over 30 cats spayed and neutered. This week 2 of my dogs will be getting neutered there. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is helpful and friendly. And if you need payment assistance, just ask. FUR and ebt are very helpful there as well. None of my animals have ever had complications or issues from there.
