My dog needs her eyes checked every year for a medical condition that can progress to blindness. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the medical staff always takes the time to listen to your questions. My dog isn't afraid to go there. I was told she demanded about 15 belly rubs at her last appointment! I highly recommend them.
I cant thank the team at this clinic enough. My boy was suffering from a case of fatty liver disease and they showed him and i so much love and kindness throughout his stay. They did everything they could for him. He unfortunately didn’t make it and passed away yesterday, but I wanted to let them and everyone else looking for a loving veterinarian just how amazing and kind these people have been to me. Thank you guys so much for helping with my boy❤️ i am forever grateful.
I'm so grateful for the wonderful staff and future veterinary doctors they are very professionals, and the hold staff were very friendly, I'm a truck driver and one of my puppies was had gotten hurt and I fear for the worst the young doctor that saw and took care of my puppy Macro and she took care and saw that he was find he was just sore and sure me that he was ok, but recommend. For me to do a follow-up with my veterinarian when I got home. I want to say Thank you, to the University of Auburn to all of teachers that are doing an awesome job on training the young doctor may God watch over every doctor and give them guidance on taken care of all kinda of animals because after all they are kids 💕
First and last time using them! The staff was definitely friendly, but almost losing my dog because they wanted 1700 down payment for an emergency C-section... I already had a C-section scheduled but she just went in Labor a day early and couldn't push the puppies out... they sent her home and told me good luck.. they knew she wasn't gonna be able to pass them just hope a miracle was going to happen... well I lost all my puppies and almost lost the mom... I got the C-section done today way cheaper... at this point I feel like it's not about the animals it's about the money and I'm highly disappointed in the services I was gave... I was there from 7:20-10:50 for them to tell me they're not giving her the C-section because I didn't have the 1700 down payment... they did remove the puppy that was stuck... and I thank them for that.. They told me all the puppies had heart beats and good oxygen levels... For y'all to be an emergency vet Y'all definitely need Payment plan besides CareCredit everyone don't have a Million Dollars just sitting in their account just incase of an emergency... people have real bills and real situations everyday... if there was a way to Sue you guys I definitely would... I woke up this morning with my dog Dripping blood and Green Stuff everywhere she was throwing up because she was pushing all night trying to push out puppies that wasn't going to never come out... there's a pic of the puppies attached
The staff and facility were nice, BUT that will not make up for the fact that our dog Lucy's pelvic fractures, spinal injuries, and resulting blocked colon went completely unnoticed for her 2 night stay. We were given every indication that Lucy would make a full recovery, but her tail and two toes would need to be amputated. We made an appointment with a local vet to have her surgeries bc the cost was $3000 cheaper than the quote we were given to have the surgeries in the hospital (though, i will say, they were completely open and blunt at the high cost of their services). During that appointment the vet surgeon did x-rays and found all of the internal injuries these morons missed. The surgeon called them "extremely extensive". As a result, we had to euthanize our poor baby after spending over $1200 thinking she could be saved. It has been a heartbreak for our entire family. Especially since we were told she would make a full recovery. If I could give no stars I would. As far as I'm concerned, future veterinarians are wasting their money studying here. RIP Lucy.
