Sierra and the staff at the knotty salon are the absolute best! They truly know the importance of being gentle and patient with pets. My dogs always look great after being groomed here. And for the high quality of work done the prices are very reasonable! I'd never take my fur babies anywhere else!

When I moved to the area I did like most people do and relied on Google reviews to choose various services in town. Knotty Salon gets rave reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. Now I know why people rave about Sierra! Wow! First of all, as a person she is so sweet and upbeat. My dogs *love her*! They just prance right in, no hesitation. They are Shelties, and a very intuitive and sensitive breed. If the vibe between human and dog is not there, it will show and they will become stressed. Not the case here! They always look so beautiful after their time with Sierra! My female is very sensitive about her head area, and doesn’t even let me groom around her ears. It’s a definite struggle at home, so much that I stopped trying. Marie ( my female Sheltie) has no problem letting Sierra groom her! I’m dumbfounded, and a little jealous! Ha! She obviously has a very special gift with dogs. After making friends in town, when I mention that we use Knotty Salon the response is always “Oh, she’s the best!” She’s very popular and very busy, so getting your first appointment will take patience, but once you’re in, just book advanced appointments and you’ll be able to stay on her calendar. Absolutely top notch groomer!

Sierra is truly a master of this craft, very loving of all of the fur babies that come in her door! From old ones to brand new ones, wonderful experience and your pet always be in the best care possible. Hands down the best job you'll ever receive, and your pet will love it to. Most experienced and most professional, will not be disappointed!!!

Sierra is so kind to our elderly, neurotic dog. He's fluffy but gets a little nervous with grooming and bathing. Not any more! I love the staff and our dog comes out pearly white and happy!
