My recent experience at the grooming salon was incredibly disappointing. Despite clearly requesting a “show cut” for my Alaskan Malamute to improve her appearance, particularly addressing the choppy look of her butt hairs, the outcome was far from what I expected. Instead of trimming or blending the fur as requested, the groomer proceeded to shave my dog’s butt, completely disregarding the fact that she is a double-coated breed. This decision not only altered her natural appearance drastically but also raised concerns about her comfort and well-being. As a responsible pet owner, I expected the groomer to have the knowledge and expertise to understand the unique needs of different breeds and coat types. The lack of communication or understanding on the groomer’s part was evident, and it has resulted in a loss of trust in this establishment. It’s disheartening to see such a disregard for my pet’s needs, and as a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I urge pet owners to ensure clear communication and understanding with groomers before entrusting their beloved pets to any salon to avoid similar misunderstandings and disappointments.

Jozlyn was amazing with my dogs nails, I've tried to do it myself with mixed results but brought her to Jozlyn and she was amazing and very calming with my dog. Their cat named Joe that hangs out at the shop is awesome too 🤣

My chaweenie, Tank absolutely loved his spa day at Serenity Pet Spa! Jozlyn was able to get him washed, dried, and she did a fantastic job de-shedding him! He was very, very happily snuggling with her and her significant other when I came to pick him up! Thank you for fitting us in last minute yesterday, and for taking such great care of Tankie!!!!

I LOVE THIS GROOMER! She got my Shih Tzu in last minute, it was very clean, she was friendly & she only kept Bailey for an hour and a half. Bailey, who's very nervous, was happy when I picked her up. This has NEVER happened anywhere else. Highly recommend.
