Best In Show Professional Pet Grooming

I took my Cavalier in for a grooming and the groomers did an amazing job! They were very attentive with what I wanted and what would be best for my pup! All of the staff was so friendly, I'm very happy with the work they did!

Always a great experience. Don't live here anymore or still would be going. Five stars!

We have a great Pyrenees mix who's coat notoriously is knotted and tangled, making it very difficult to brush out and keep up with. When I picked her up after her appointment, she was glowing and the prettiest I'd ever seen her. The trim was perfect, from ears to toes and she was happy and comfortable being there. The staff is kind and enthusiastic about their interactions with the dog and made the experience so much less nerve-wracking. And the pricing? - blew my mind; VERY fair. I look forward to many more trips to these folks, and I believe Stevie feels that way as well.

We arrived for our appt at 730am today and when we called at 1pm he still was not finished with grooming. We asked if our dog was given a pee break and was told they don’t do that. They called at 3pm to-let us know he was finished. I asked can you go 8 hr without food, water or A pee break?????? That is animal cruelty. We wont be going back and suggest who ever reads this to go somewhere else that will take care of your pet. I will let everyone I know to spread the word about this business and It is to bad they don't have a zero rating because that is what they would have gotten.

They may have professional groomers but they need to get their scheduling on track. I made an appointment ahead of time, (3 weeks) they gave me a card with the date. Then called to remind me, but it was a day early?! I would have taken it, but that day didn't work for me. That's why I made sure the day I scheduled was the day I needed. I also though I was on the call for cancel list. Someone else I know called the same day I scheduled my kids and got an earlier date!? Not coming back.
