The salesman who walked past me twice, had to be called over the radio to actually help me. I guess a girl using a walker doesn't seem like a buying customer to him. I told him I wanted a riding lawn that came with attachments for snow plowing. He said lawn mowers can't plow snow. He pulled up the store website, I asked him what are these pictures ??? He told me I could not order those attachments thru their store and he had never seen that so he could not offer any more assistance. I always try to shop local, but he just made no attempt to order the mower for me. He told me I could go home and place my order on line. I will do that, just not from this store.

Great location! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly and I love seeing all the new things they get in seasonally. The reviewer who mentioned Nicole must be mistaken. She’s always kind, friendly and very helpful whenever I go into the store. Never rude and I regularly shop there. The other young lady that works there, Marie, is also very wonderful and is always upbeat! Thank you to these wonderful ladies for doing an amazing job!

Lots of yard and farm/ranch supplies. Fair prices and helpful employees. Large flat parking lot.

I have ALWAYS liked Tractor Supply. Now, a new lady is working there; and I thought the customer service was excellent before.....Marie (I think that was her name), is more than the definition of customer service! While taking care of me, she was making sure the other customers were finding what they needed too. Tractor Supply is way out of my way, but their employees make it worth it. Thank you

And I quote Nichole on Dec 11th on the phone: "We are not a warehouse for you... no, your order will cancel if you do not pick it up today.". Ugh, lost water to my home and just requested an additional day to pickup my 2 items they already had in stock (online order that another Tractor Supply helped me order and told me that I could extend my pickup if I needed, Jennifer). Disgusting, awful, pitiful customer service when life was already in turmoil. Didn't really need the kick in the *&^% from Nichole, simply not ok. I worked retail for well over 10 years as a manager, no where would this type of awful customer service be tolerated. Won't shop here won't recommend anyone to shop here.
