I went to just look around and they had the poo bag holder for the leash that I have. I have been looking for that for 5 years! I also bought a back seat blanket. Very happy with the selection and what they had on the shelves

The betta fish cups has alge so bad and the bearded dragons looked so stressed out! You guys can't take the time to change the water in the betta tanks really it's a new store sad to see the animals already being neglected.

We took our 4month old Akbash Collie in to buy a harness leash & toys & everyone just loved him. The employees were very nice & very helpful! The store was clean & well stocked. They just didn't have the 30ft leash we needed for Loki's school. We will be shopping here more.

I drove an hour one way to get my dog groomed. Appointment time changed several times by PetSmart employees. They tried to cancel with a fourth phone call before I drove one hour one way but still insisted that if I came my dog would get groomed. Once I got there I was told they could no longer groom my dog. I’ve been bringing both of my dogs here for a few years now to get groomed. I won’t be back. What a disappointment and a waste of time.

Went in late right before closing time to buy some bugs and was given the greatest customer service. Had the kindest, most helpful employee who was such a delight to talk to while shopping. His name was Ethan. Didn’t bug him at all that we were there 5 minutes before closing and he was so happy to help with all of our needs! Thank you Ethan!
