Was back again today for another tarantula thanks to Austin and his coworkers for safely extracting my new arachnid from the tank, The employees were clearly busy with their tasks, but took the time to get me squared away again! Thanks guys 🤘🏼

I was super impressed with the Staff knowledge! We went in for hamster food (a specific kind) and they didn't carry it in the size we wanted. We spent 20 minutes with the associate receiving facts and nutrition information and eventually finding another brand that would work. Then I asked for Yak Chews, and though they are called something else, they knew exactly what I was after and spent another 10 minutes showing me how they worked and the nutrition value, ect. At checkout, the associate was friendly, talkative, polite and overall fantastic. They lack variety of certain essential items for surgery recovery gear for dogs, but their knowledge of edible products supersedes those elsewhere.

We asked for help from a guy who I think was named Austin (tall and had a beard) and he was really unhelpful. He was very passive aggressive and rather sassy when talking to us about the pet we were trying to purchase and just seem uninterested to be helping us. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this with him and he makes me rather uncomfortable. Otherwise is a really nice store and has lovely pets.

There is a legit post circulation all over social media about this sweet little baby. Hes a bearded dragon, he is dehydrated and being starved to death. Several people have inquired about him and willing to take him but this place refuses to give him away. They want full price for him and he is dying. So instead of giving him away, they are going to starve him to death until someone purchases so they can make a buck. Its inhumane, this place needs to be shut down. There are hundreds of us that are reporting this place.

Wonderful groomers Had my long hair dog groomed. The groomer was amazing. I explained her health concerns and she reassured me it would be ok. When I got my dog back she looked beautiful.
