We are pleasant people and always try to treat others with respect and kindness. It’s always a shock when we aren’t treated the same way. The young girl working the “customer service” desk on 1/3/25 is not the face you want representing your company. I could add more about the incredibly unfriendly way we were treated, but I’ll just leave it with: Do better. Be better. Kindness goes a long way. Especially when your job title is Customer Service Representative.
I was at Menards today. I was in the compressor dept. Nick asked if I needed any help, sure did. He explained compressors to me. He helped me pick out brads and staples for an electric stapler I bought. He even went out to the front and got me a cart. I just wanted you to know that he was a great help to me.
My husband went in to purchase 30 bags of rock and 50 bags of concrete. He was told that he needed to pay for it before he went around back to get it. My Husband is unable to lift. He asked to make sure someone would be available to load the purchase and was told they were no guarantees. He requested to speak with the manager who did come speak with him his name was Justus. The manager once again told him that he would have to pay and then go around to get his purchase and if he could find someone they would load it. My husband ask if he could not find anybody would he be willing to come load him and the manager told him “ I am not going to load it” my husband had to go next door to Home Deport and they were more than happy to load his purchase.
Quick and easy to find what we want. Prices are always under their competition and the 11 percent mail in rebate offers are the best!
Make the drive to Gillette, the employees are way nicer there and much better prices! We dealt with 5 different people in Casper, they were all very rude, acted like we were bothering them and couldn't give us answers. Very disappointing!
