The staff were very nice and polite. They knew the care needed for my lizard and helped me improve his living conditions. Now thanks to their advice and help he’s slowly getting better. They got me an appointment in a timely man or and we’re not overpriced in the slightest. I will for sure be seeing them if I need help with an exotic again. They were worth the drive.

As a new client I appreciate how quickly I was able to make an appointment and get in. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've been using Altitude for years for my cats & dogs when it comes to standard appointments & grooming. They've always been wonderful. But today, I am thrilled with the care we've received. My 8 week old puppy fractured his leg late at night. I called after 11PM in a total panic. They called back a little over 15 minutes later. The Vet I spoke to was very kind & helpful. It wasn't a true emergency (he wasn't dying & was stable) & could wait until the AM, so we brought him in first thing. The Vets & staff have been INCREDIBLY helpful, knowledgeable, & kind. Answering our million questions, putting us at ease, etc. Even going as far as getting a 2nd opinion on surgery before moving forward, which we deeply appreciated for the sake of our growing puppy. I've always recommend Altitude to friends & family, but after today I HIGHLY recommend Altitude & can say with certainty that your pet is in good, loving hands. Thank you, Altitude!
