Emma was so kind and helpful going above and beyond considering it was our first time bringing our dog (Roxanne) to get a bath! Water pressure and temperature was perfect and the dryer worked great as well! Will be back!

I am so thankful to have Pet Works as my local pet store. The store is always so clean & organized. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of toys, treats, cosmetics and food for canine, feline and other critters. I love their dog washing stations as well. They offer a variety of shampoos to sample as well as provide drying towels for your pets. I appreciate their rewards system for dedicated customers. I highly recommend Pet Works for all of your precious pets needs!

We now get our dog's treats and food from here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we love the large selection they offer!

I love going to PetWorks! They have most of everything I need. I typically go to the one in Morgantown but it’s nice having one in Fairmont close to where I work; sometimes they have stuff that I can’t find at the Morgantown location so that’s nice!

The associates and owner are extremely nice and helpful. If for some reason something isn't in-stock they check thier other locations and have it for you quickly ( a day or 2). I don't go anywhere else for my dog supply needs. Love them and recommend them to anyone.
