I had a very disappointing experience at PetSmart grooming in Vienna. While waiting for Rosie’s (my miniature 3 yr old golden doodle) appointment to be done I stopped at a local Panera until it was complete. About 45 minutes after dropping her off I received a call informing me that Rosie had an accident on the grooming table. They explained that if it happened again, per company policy, they would have to take her to a vet. I was alarmed but explained that sometimes Rosie gets excited and might tinkle a little, which is nothing to worry about. I asked them to call me if it happened again so I could pick her up and take her to my own vet. However, they insisted that their policy required them to take her to a vet of their choosing, and I would be responsible for the bill. At that point, I told them to stop the appointment immediately, and I went to pick her up. The entire experience was upsetting, and I will never go back.

Service was HORRIBLE! I came in to buy a fish tank. Had the price double checked by three separate employees. I told them I was interested and would be back in 20 minutes to haul it. Less than 20 minutes later when I arrived to haul it, another employee came out of nowhere refusing to sell me the aquarium for the agreed price. Be careful when shopping here!!!

This is my favorite pet store in our area. I'm so happy they're here. They've got the biggest selection on pet products. My cats have been eating their gut health dry food. It's been working awesome! We have 7 cats. We feed 3 put door cats. And my daughter has a scorpion. We had 8 cats for a couple years. The last of of our 18 year old cats life was hard. He was sick and on meds. I'd come here to get him great quality food that he'd eat. I'd recommend them to anyone with pets.

Definitely don’t recommend going there for grooming since tori left. Asked to keep some length and then shave his paws and trim his tail. I got a very spotty summer cut. Very long tail and very long ears. Also asked to keep the head longer and the head was buzzed except for ears. Pretty laughable, but a waste of money.

The staff is very friendly. I can always find what I need. The cat groomer is very kind and understanding. She alerted me to an issue my cat was having related to her age, and I was able to take her to the vet and get her treated. I'm so grateful for that. Highly recommend this store!
