Yesterday I had the most amazing experience with Holly and Alex! I have been having issues with my feed order at the Beckley location. I called the Oak Hill location to see if they had the feed in their store. Holly said I don’t but I can see if we can get some on my truck coming tomorrow. She then said let me see if I have something similar in store. She did some research and came back on the phone that she indeed had something. She assured me that she had some and would have it ready for me. When I arrived to the store she greeted me with a very positive attitude and apologized repeatedly for the problems I had at the other location. She helped me locate the feed and doubled checked that it was what I needed. She informed me that she would talk to the store manager about having a special order of my feed to ensure that it was always in stock for me. She also made sure to let me know that I am a valued customer, which made feel great about my support of TSC. When I went to receiving Alex has everything I ordered, ready to go and was eagerly to greet me with a helping hand. It triple wrapped my pallet of feed because he knew I was driving a good distance in the rain. He helped me load and secure my supplies down in the rain with no complaints. I feel that it’s important for the management team and corporate know the level of community service these two team members performed was impeccable! It’s their customer service that others should follow!

Bought a 5x8 trailer here. Was listed as new but I have realized over time it was definitely not. The axle itself is bent, and although they told me this was norma, after having it for a while I can tell it's not. Non of the others are. The tires wear out 10 times faster than they should and the bearings have already went out on both of the wheels.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly! The store is clean and organized. We frequent this location for our pets and outdoor needs.

Place is getting sorry order something online as you go to retrieve it they say they don't have it must of been miscounted in the system, not once did they say let me check the other stores to see if I can get you one here just said your get a refund in a few days. The place is dirty and poorly faced as the shelves in the pet isle isn't stock at all while the staff is just standing around, the plants outside are dieing from lack of watering this place needs a proper management to come and take over use to not be this bad!

I LOVE this STORE!!!!!!! They have always been soooo nice and helpful. I shop here for all our farm and dog needs. With 7 lab puppies I was able to get them all vaccinated at a way better price than the vet. We love the clothes they sell and all the beautiful garden/outdoor essentials from pots to decorations. They have the best selection of chicken feed, better than rural king I think so anyway, and...... the manager that was there, can't remember his name shorter dark haired man with facial hair,, but he went completely out of his way to help us with a defective item. He made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving and he is just an all around good person. Even though some items are higher than some stores, I still prefer here because I always get such great service and if anything is wrong with it they make sure the customer gets the help they need to get it fixed, or replaced.
