Brittany and Diana are outstanding at what they do. Literally won’t take our mini schnauzers to anyone else. We always schedule in advance and they’re always ready for us on appt day. Our minis look great, smell fantastic, and love it when they know it’s grooming day! Couldn’t ask for more!

Initially the service was great! As they have expanded and brought in more groomers with apparently less experience, overall quality has declined. So I learned to ask for one groomer specifically. 2nd to last time I dropped off 2 small dogs at 10 AM on a Sunday and hadn't learned to ask for a specific Groomer yet.. They close at 3 PM on Sundays. By 4 pm I still hadn't heard that both dogs were ready and began getting concerned. Arrived there at about 4:15 to see my friend's little Yorkie was up on the table and "just finishing up." The appointment was as 10 AM! Decided to try one more time, hoping for an appointment in six days. Plan at least two weeks ahead if you use them. Called on Oct. 8 hoping for an appointment on the 12th or 13th. Left a voice mail as it was before they opened so thought I would get a call back within 24 hours. (I leave for work at 5:15 am and don't return home until almost 6 PM. They are closed when I am able to call. Called on the 9th and the 10th. No return call. Called on the 11th. Finally spoke to a human and got scheduled for the 20th. On the 13th at 7:41 am I finally received a call from one of the owners to book... she didn't check to see if I had already gotten an appointment. Got one story from one owner and another story from the second owner when I finally got to my appointment. Unfortunately I won't be taking my fur baby there anymore. I'll end up spending more, but will be taking her to my vet in Northern Virginia who has a wonderful groomer. Was trying to help a fledgling woman owned company succeed and grow. But can't do it anymore.

I brought my puppy in for a nail trim and trimming around her face. I understand that she was not cooperating with the groomer, but I was still charge full price and she looked the same and the nails were not trim completely. I have taken my other dogs and never had an issue. Then again it wasn't the same groomer.

Nice groom for our 4 dogs. Pleasant ladies and happy to help with our pups. Thankful that our dogs didn’t have to go to a NoNo room for constantly barking. Good Vibes in their location.

We took our bernedoodle there twice and each time we have had a great experience! They go above and beyond your expectations and truly care about your pet. Highly recommend!
