Marcie's Pet Spa

We have been taking our husky Buddy to Marcie's in West Salem for three years, and everyone has always done an amazing job with him! He's very nervous and typically prefers solitude and quiet, but he's always happy to spend the day or the long weekend at Marcie's. The staff do an excellent job of taking care of our dog! I particularly want to highlight their grooming services. Every single groomer is very professional, very well-trained, and very thorough! I highly, highly recommend these services to everyone in the La Crosse County area. I am writing this because we are genuinely going to miss Marcie's and the entire staff—we are moving out of state, and unfortunately Buddy will probably not be returning to Wisconsin. Our last visit today was heartbreaking for all of us.

Have taken my for baby to Marcie's Pet Spa since she was a puppy and she is almost 16 years old. I trust them in her care and her grooming! I highly recommend!

HIGHEST PRICES & THE WORST GROOMING SERVICE IN THE AREA!!!!!! We've used there services only because they aren't busy & had no other choice...After constantly raising their prices without telling us, we accepted another subpar haircut by them doing everything in the opposite matter we asked. Just yesterday & slightly before we were to pick up our dogs we were sent a text that they raised their pricing 35% AGAIN without telling us in advance of dropping them off!! THEY REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO THE OWNER & THEIR MANAGER WAS HIGHLY UNQUALIFED & EXTREMELY RUDE. They blocked me on FACEBOOK lol after I told them I would give them a bad review & after horrible service charged us $274 to simply shave & clip 2 non aggressive midsized Doodles!!! Don't go here ...THEY SUCK!!!!!

We have been sending our dog to marcies for daycare and boarding since he was a puppy! He absolutely loves it! They post pictures to Facebook and snapchat so you can still see them while away, which is very nice, especially on an extended vacation! You get the feeling that they are there for you and your pup, which is amazing! We couldn't imagine sending our pups anywhere else!

We took our dog there for a grooming and they completely butchered it. We have a giant schnauzer and asked for a schnauzer cut, but they just cut off all of his hair that we had been growing out for a year, including his beard which I told them to keep long. His most expensive and worst hair cut he has ever had. If you want a specific look for your pet I would not recommend them.
