We have been loyal to Sierra at Heart & Soul Pet grooming since the beginning! She loves my dog like her own and my dog loves her just as much. She takes the time to make sure my doodle is perfect, every single time! Not only does she do amazing work, she is truly the kindest, most free spirited human being in the world. I recommend her to everyone I know! You can’t go wrong bringing your loved pets here. P.S. she takes amazing photos that you’ll cherish forever!

Captain has been going to Heart & Soul Pet Grooming for years now. Sierra always does an AMAZING JOB! I can tell she truly loves her job and cares for all her furry clients. I have taken Captain to different groomers in the West Bend area and felt like they would rush the work and he would come home with cuts all over. That has NEVER been an issue at Heart & Soul. Captain loves Sierra and her staff. We both highly recommend you and your furry baby check them out. 100/10 p.s Captain loves getting his cool customized bandanna after his grooming service.

Heart & Soul Pet Grooming is now the ONLY place I will be taking my dogs going forward. I rescued my first dog and was very nervous and anxious about getting her groomed due to incidents with my moms dogs at other facilities and incidents I have heard. Sierra is always great and treats all dogs with respect. She recently brought on another person named Kate who is just as great! My dog, Sophia, always starts prancing to the door once we arrive. I have seen Sierra interact with other clients dogs and she treats them as her own. The pricing is great and both ladies do great work! If you are looking for somewhere for your pet to be groomed that you can trust then this is the place!

After my last groomer abandoned my dogs’ grooming appointments the day prior, Sierra came to the rescue! I will NEVER take my pups anywhere else! All three of my kids have seen Sierra and she has done a phenomenal job each and every time. They all have different personalities - some handling the grooming process better than others - and Sierra treats them all with the same love, kindness and patience. I always drop them off knowing they will be in good hands and taken care of. I LOVE the report cards she provided me with during their first grooms. It showed me how much Sierra truly cares about each pup that walks through her front door. Her and her staff are quick to respond and provide any updates necessary throughout appointments and are always so excited to see my pups at drop-off. Today, I booked appointments for the rest of the year. She has a customer for life and I wish I would have found her a LOT sooner!

I took my 2 cats for a brush out before moving them into my new home. The owner had to leave for a personal appointment, but her 2 assistants were great with my cats! The salon is super cute & reminded me of a nice human spa & appeared to be well cleaned & maintained. Price was really reasonable too!
