I was a first time customer and will definitely go back. My dog was groomed beautifully and the price was very competitive much lower than what I’ve experienced with other groomers. They communicate well and know how to handle dogs. I felt safe, leaving my dog in their care.

I cannot express how much I love the staff! My English Bulldog Nala just adores the staff. We have a hard time getting her to leave and is ecstatic when she arrives. They are very flexible with squeezing her in between her appointments!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Extremely affordable, $12 per cat for claw trimmings, and they literally had both cats trimmed and back to me within 2 minutes flat, and my kitties loved it the whole time and didn't even resist. One cat was a stray for 7 years, the other is a house cat since birth. 10/10 would recomend

Took my toy poodle in for a grooming. I’ve been taking my dog to Pretty Pooches for years; they are, I believe, quite expensive but very, very good. Thought I’d give Classic Pet Grooming a try. NEVER AGAIN! Not only did they nearly shave my toy poodle bald, what they did leave on him was very choppy. Also, they trimmed the tail down to the skin! What struck me as unusual when I went to get him after the grooming is that the groomer didn’t even ask about a future cut or my thoughts about how he looked. She quickly handed me his leash and took my money. Why? She knew they did a horrible job. She knew there was nothing right about this grooming! What upset me even more is that I showed them several pics of what he typically looks like after a grooming and what I expected. They claimed they were familiar with this cut; daisy cut they called it. Haha. Not even close!! I will NEVER bring my dog back, and if you care about how your dog looks, please consider Pretty Pooches. Classic Pet Grooming is scary bad!

My dog is 6 years old and has been groomed twice. Both times we went here because it's right by McCarty Park where we live, the price is reasonable, and although he has short hair he is mainly white and the grass/dirt shows! I must not be the only one who likes this place because I called at the end of Oct. and they were booked 3 weeks into Nov!
