I love love LOVE this groomer! Kacey is the only one who can keep my little guy calm and she does the most fantastic job. She's very detail oriented and does everything just right.

We take our American Eskimos to her and they come back clean and soft. A real professional but also has lots of empathy and kindness for the animals.

I reached out a few times for a nail trim appt. She told me twice she was busy and would check her schedule. Never heard back after that. I'll take my dogs elsewhere!!

I’ve been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment. I got a response one day when I was working (several days after my request) saying I could come right over, which didn’t work because I wasn’t home. I got home and responded and have now been waiting over a week for a response to set up a time.
