I have taken our 3 golden retrievers here and they are amazing, fast and they do a great job. My pups don’t look choppy (pet peeve l) and I have been pleased.
I gave this place a high rating several years ago but now it’s a different story. Communication extremely lacks. I am surprised Kayla is still in business. Grooming is average, at best.i also agree with the passive aggressive comments in the reviews. That has also been my experience sadly and you can see it in her replies.
Kayla and Katie are the most wonderful humans I have ever meet! As an over protective dog mom I appreciate that they listen to all my concerns and take good care of my little doggo. Full disclosure: Chester does NOT love being groomed but they are great with him! 10 outta 10. Also, he always looks wonderful when they are done with him!

The best place for all grooms and doggy detailing! Our two doodles always leave with the best haircuts and manicures (along with other services). It’s obvious how much the groomers care for the animals they see - Cannot recommend enough!
