Got new fish today and I absolutely love them. Great service as well employees were very nice and helpful. Fish food was definitely more expensive than I’d like. But overall give the fish area 5 stars!

The place is beyond smelly, operates off of poorly bred animals, keeps reptiles in even worse temperatures, humidity levels are just as poor. Every single tank of every species of creature in the store , is over packed and they attempted to “up sale” a reptile that was “more lively” than the others AND the staffs attitude is just as disgusting as the stores conditions.

would give 0 if possible. we fell in love with a kitten and noticed how poor the conditions were for the kittens. 1 singular little box with the doorway turned into the corner where they'd have to squeeze their way in.. area should be bigger and at least 3 boxes that are easily accessible to them. when we got our kitten, we realized he has severe asthma symptoms, that we werent alerted about before adoption. if someone else had adopted him, what if they didnt notice or properly take care of him? pic a pet stated they werent responsible for any medical conditions beyond after adoption, but AGAIN failed to let us know about his respiratory issues.. they also had a singular bowl of kibble, sitting out, which is unsanitary even if kibble is able to stay out longer. toys in the cage were broken and not even replaced. lack of stimulation. kittens in there would rather sleep their days away due to boredom, fear, and depression. this business makes money to keep running based off selling poorly bred animals , keeping them in poor conditions while also providing little to nothing as a pet storewith their lack of quality products.

I went in for medium dubia roaches for my gecko and paid over $30 for 50 of them and there's only a handful of live bugs between both containers purchased and the rest were dead. Really annoyed and disappointed to spend that kind of money on literally a handful of bugs just to go out to a different pet store and buy more tomorrow.

Staff is really nice and knowledgeable about the animals, the animals are well taking care of, my daughter and nephew enjoy playing with the kittens and watching the fish
