I really want to share our experience with this location and I can’t find words to Thank Nick and all staff for helping us out. Thank you Nick. You saved my son Birthday and all weekend plans. We had an issue with the tire and we stopped for quick check. It happen to need to be repaired and Nick and the amazing staff address this issue quickly and we were back on the road . Thank you. Thank you

The crew at the fleetfarm came through for me on Christmas eve.. Fred , the manager put 2 tires on my truck so I could make it to my daughter's for Christmas.. They were booked but he offered to help me so I could make it there.. It was greatly appreciated... Thanks guys

Purchased an electric lawnmower online and had to drive to Menomonee to pick it up. We were told to stay in the car and they would load it in the back. About a mile away, our new mower rowed backward & slammed into the back hatch. We pulled over to see what happened and realized the mower was not in a box. They unloaded a floor model on us and never told us. When I called and told the manager, I was told to complete the warranty information on the Stihl website or return the item. In our opinion, this is terrible business! The mower should have been new in its box. Now we will wait until summer to see if they unloaded a working or non working mower on us. Ugh! Next time, we get out of the car too see exactly what we are getting.

Great customer service! I'm unable to lift over 25lbs and I had bought some horse bedding and nice young worker was kind enough to put the bag which weighs 40lbs into my trunk

The staff are wonderful! Helpful and patient! Upper management can't seem to properly stock this store (Menomonie,WI) nor do they seem to permit store management to order either special requests or to restock shelves. They've also jumped on the retail bandwagon by selling loads of cheaply made and instantly disposable crap. It's become a store to go to in hopes that they have what is needed, so that you don't have to spend the hour driving to Eau Claire and back. They haven't a cohesive marketing program, as they have many coupons which are only good in person, but are also trying to encourage online ordering, but their website isn't exactly well done, and is a pain to use. I believe that top management is trying to destroy this store in hopes of driving the business to their new store in Eau Claire, because their actions certainly aren't helping their customers. The company is nowhere near as responsive and well stocked as a decade ago.
