McLovin Your Pet Spa & Boarding

Our dog Archie, has had numerous unfortunately bad experiences with groomers in the past. When we started taking him to McLovin, your pet, we felt immediately welcomed, and reassured by the staff. The woman I spoke with, I believe her name was Abby, took the time to learn about Archie, including his history with groomers, cutting him, giving wrong haircuts, And overall having a negative experience for him as well as us. She was very calm and gentle with him and listen to what we would like for him for a haircut. In the two years that we have had, Archie, we have asked for a teddy bear haircut, from the groomers he has been to. Archie has relatively thick very tight curly hair, so we knew that matting was a common problem for him. He also hates being brushed. Abby took her time, and gave us exactly what we were hoping for for a haircut for him. We have now been back to McLovin a handful of times for grooming for Archie, and have never been disappointed. Knowing that the matting is a common problem, we knew that once in a while, there may be times where his hair would have to get cut shorter, but the staff, Abby, did everything she could to make sure that we still were getting what we had hoped to get for Archie, as well as his fur being properly taken care of. We have never felt so welcomed and listened to by a groomer, and we will continue coming back for as long as we can.

Our dogs LOVE McLovin'! Nicholas is always very kind and accommodating. I feel comfortable recommending them to everyone. ☺️💗

Once again Very happy how Luca was groomed and happy with the price. New owner is very nice. Will keep going.

Minna is the only one I trust to groom Frankie Sir Fluffy Pants. She does such a great job with him and we are always satisfied with how he looks after!!

My normally anxious pup had his nails trimmed, and he's all washed up, looking handsome. They are respectful and mindful. I love them.
