Petco Grooming

They did an amazing job she was treated well and they were all very personable and respectful and she was beautifully groomed and met my expectations. I am new in town they knew about hers and my anxiety they kept me updated and helped me be calm as they did her. Spent time 1 on 1 with me and her to assure us everything’s going to be exactly as i hoped. I will be going back to them!

Courtney is an excellent groomer and very patient with Tinker. We couldn't be more pleased with her capabilities. She's excellent with customer service and her knowledge of dogs is impressive. She's friendly and makes us feel like our dog will always get top notch care.

Four hours to groom my dog. Much of that time he was in the back. I watched from the parking lot. Kept trying to call the store, no answer from grooming dept. or front desk. So many things wrong here. When checked after two and a half hours was told they needed 40 more minutes. Then she was grooming another dog. Poor job, hit my dog’s nose with a razor while shaving lip, just careless. Will never return. Cancelled my membership.

Always have a great experience with grooming appointments. The groomers do a great job and always tell us how great our dog does for them, even though I know she is not the most cooperative during her appointments.
