I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. Olivia the staff member that was there was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I was looking for. She helped me fit the harness I bought for my very wiggly 14 week old puppy. I was very impressed. I will definitely come back for more supplies in the future for my puppy and cat.

This is our favorite pet store in Madison. Their selection of food, treats, toys and gear is top notch. They also have a freezer section I want to check out on our next visit. You can tell each item in the store is carefully selected. There is no plastic waste and the owner is very generous with her donations to local rescues, so you can feel extra good about spending your dollars here. My Shiba Inu enjoys the shopping experience, too, which isn't a given. She can be sensitive to noise, etc. Here though, she happily checks out the bins and picks her own chew, and always gets a treat from the cashier. (They ask first.) The store is clean and nicely organized, and the front steps are cute with paw prints on them. I highly recommend stopping by!

The owner was nice and the store is pretty, but I was recommended a $10 toy for my cat that broke apart within a day.
