Update: Owner was able to squeeze my boys in at end of day the following Monday and made things right. Very much appreciated as she has always taken such good care of them. Had an appointment for 11 am today for 2 dogs to do a nail trim. But no one ever showed up to open the salon. No call. Not the first time this has happened. I used to love it here they took such good care of my boy Goliath who has bone abnormalities. So disappointed.

Our cat is approximately 9 years old, and as far as I know, she has never had a professional grooming session. I was very anxious because our cat is aloof and doesn't like strangers. However, she's starting to struggle with her sanitary area, and her paw pads were getting overgrown (see before and after pictures). Kaylynn at Urban Tails did a fantastic job! She was professional, friendly, understanding, and fast. She has no trouble with my cat, and I can't express how grateful and relieved I am. Thank you!

I recently had my dog bathed and it was amazing experience! Then bather Sabrina was vey friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I asked. They took great care of my puppy be made sure he was comfortable! I don’t think I will be going to anyone different going forward!

My dog KoKo has been going to Urban Tails Pet Grooming Co. Since she was a puppy. She has some behavioral issues so they say but they always worked with her because that’s what they are known for in Kenosha. She’s only 4 lbs and now they say she’s too aggressive and none of the groomers will take her! Just because they constantly have to hire new groomer KoKo can’t get comfortable with one person. They hired a new groomer and assigned her to KoKo. They asked for me to bring KoKo in every 3-4 weeks being charged for a large dog so she can get comfortable with the new groomer after I’ve asked many times if we can just stop in give her a few rubs and a treat so I wouldn’t have to pay $80-$100 every 3 weeks. I made an appointment for her which was about 2 weeks out. They sent a text (unprofessional) instead of calling like they should at 8pm the night before her appointment stating they will no longer take Koko because I couldn’t afford to bring her as they requested. I totally think that this is unfair to Koko and if you know me you know I don’t play about her. What’s your thoughts? Who is in the wrong here? I am very upset about this situation. I don’t think my baby should’ve been abandoned due to their lack of groomers and their groomers lack of experience.

We had a Fantastic experience for our first time getting our 1 yr old golden doodle groomed! Tara was so nice & took the extra time to make sure Wilson was OK with the new smells & sounds! He was so soft and happy when we picked him up. We will definitely come back to Urban Tails & would recommend to anyone else! Very affordable and clean bright salon!
