Very disappointed. We showed pictures for his haircut and we made sure he didn’t have any Tangled hair so he wouldn’t have to be shaved down. We made it clear that we do not want him shaved. They shaved him. This isn’t the first time. we are paying around 60$ for a terrible haircut. A couple of months ago he was so cute. And got an awesome hair. They seem like they don’t care about how the animal looks and take an Easy way out, Shaving it. The last photo is how he looked a while back when getting a hair cut

They always go above and beyond expectations. Our long-haired GSD is a regular here.

Gina is the best groomer around. Takes great care of my little dog (Coco-brindle yorkie). She is just a pup, so naturally she’s skiddish and the experience is new to her. She usually looks like a dumpster squirrel when she goes in but comes out looking like a lavish princess.

I’ve been looking for a groomer that would understand what I wanted for my dog. I found her! She did an excellent job with my little guy and I was so pleased when I picked him up that I made an appointment for the next grooming.
