The staff was very helpful. I went looking for a battery for my lawn mower and they helped me find the right one and made the exchange quickly and easily. Their prices are not that great but they have good selection, so if you can wait until they have sales, it’s not bad.

Steve and Branden were SO kind and understanding of my situation. They found a way to accommodate my repairs, in a packed schedule, so I could still travel to see my family for Christmas. Truly impressed with their embodiment of customer service and general kind heartedness!

Yesterday I had a return, and the store was swamped with folks! The Operations Manager was at the service desk helping with returns and kindly took me up. He was very patient as I searched for my order email and tried various ways to look it up. I never once felt like an imposition when I was absolutely taking up time and struggling to find what I needed. Thank you for that! It meant a lot. I was a casual shopper before, now I’ll check Fleet Farm first—thank you!

SAVINGS TIP: after your first purchase, you will get a coupon for four cents off every gallon you buy at the gasoline pump there - then go and fill up your vehicle and grab a free popcorn - on the popcorn bag you will find a five dollar off coupon for any total purchase about $50. You can also join the free rewards club. You earn points just for spending money both at the store and the gas pump. But don’t try to redeem your rewards points at the same time you use the five dollar off coupon. It will just mess up the register and the return value of any products you buy. Very convenient location. Employees always ready to answer questions, especially with locating items. But is still a good idea to price check the stuff that you buy there. Menards is not too far away and sometimes they have an 11% rebate on all things purchased.
