Kim and the staff take such great care of our 2 beagles wjen they get groomed! They have anxiety, and she shows them love when we get there and always tells me how they were. They have a genuine love for animals❤️🐕‍🦺

Willow's first time coming to Doggie Zen And Den was amazing. Our puppy looks so cute. We would recommend them 100% and they have a repeat customer. The prices were very reasonable and they made us feel so comfortable. They have amazing communication and are all very friendly. Thank you so much.

I waited well over 2 months to get my grooming experience resolved. I was only offered a free groom due to the fact that it took so long to respond, not because my dog genuinely wasn't groomed properly (she still hasn't been groomed, to be clear). It could have been resolved simply, but it wasn't, and now I'm being ghosted. The lack of customer service is astounding, and accountability is nowhere to be found here. I genuinely tried to remain calm, nice, and patient even though my dog barely even got her nails trimmed... but this is genuinely beyond acceptable. There are not enough words to describe how bad this experience has been. I've asked many times for a refund with no avail and got pretty much slapped on the wrist for my partner writing a bad review (which is out of my control).... but his bad review was well deserved because now here I sit feeling like an idiot with no resolve and an ungroomed dog with no offer to fix... just a free groom because it "took so long to respond." This is not right. I want to support small businesses, but not if this is how your customers get treated.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Grooming service by Addison was great! Our puppy did awesome and looks awesome! Handsome boy!
