Do NOT take your animals here. This place is absolutely awful. There are constant dog fights, and there isn’t enough staff to control it. Maybe if they would have more than ONE person at a time taking care of all the animals at a time it would be more manageable, but that’s not the case. I honestly can’t even believe this place is still open. The management is trash, employees get injured and then fired, and they have employees who have been there for less than a week taking care of 50++++ animals on their own with no actual instructions. Greenville tailwaggers is an absolute disaster, I’m not sure about the other locations but PLEASE do not take your loved animals here. They won’t be taken care of properly and the actual people in charge don’t care what happens to them.
I never write reviews, however if feel obligated to ensure owners are aware of the possible danger they may be risking by bringing dogs into the Greenville location. I do not want to hurt this business but hopefully by posting this publicly they will do something about this issue. I had been bringing my 6 month old in for daycare approximately 2 days a week and had noticed he had thrown up quite a bit of brown plastic. I had called the facility and had been told that a number of the dogs had picked up the habit of chewing on the brown fencing. I was not happy but expressed this and was ensured that they would keep an eye out. Two weeks later again more brown plastic. I had brought this in the next time and again was ensured that this wouldn’t happen. After a third and final time of my puppy puking up more brown plastic I had had enough. Thankfully he is okay… however that may not always be the case. The owner really needs to replace/remedy this issue before someone’s dog is seriously injured. Attached is a photo of the amount the last time he had thrown up the plastic I would recommend you consider the Menasha location if you are looking for daycare in the area.
Greenville Tailwaggers has been a big help with acclimating my 2 pups together. A 4 year old Chocolate lab with high lab and puppy energy and my newly adopted 5 year old Mini Aussie where all he wants to do is work and herd when he is around other. They have learned that it's okay to be by each other and not have to work or play. Tailwaggers has also been a big help on keeping on eye on the Chocolate when she ate something at home that she shouldn't have and have been updated every time the objects was passed through. I can't be more thankful for the Tailwaggers team!
Don’t bring your dog here! We’ve been bringing our dogs here for years and now they have a new manager and new staff and everything is going down hill. My dogs come home with injuries that no one told us about. One of our dogs got very sick and when I asked about it I was told they don’t clean as much as they use to! I will never bring my dogs here and I don’t recommend Tailwaggers to anyone
Our dog loves going to Tailwaggers. When we get close he gets so excited. Staff knows his name and seem to love dogs. I know some people have had issues, but our experiences have always been wonderful.
