Fleet Farm

Was there with my dad a week ago to purchase a vacuum for himself that was on sale. Box looked fine and was taped up properly, it did not look like a previous return. My dad goes home (he lives an hour away up in Michigan) and comes to find out it’s used and there are two attachments missing. My dad calls the store to ask for a refund and the lady on the phone was no help. Kept telling my dad there was the exact same one in Antigo which is a longer drive. My dad said no and that he lived in Menominee, Michigan. She then proceeded to tell my dad there’s one in Menomine Falls, Wisconsin. Don’t know if she was trying to be funny or was just that incompetent of doing her job that she couldn’t even listen to her customers. Yikes.

We live an hour away from this location but had called ahead to make sure they had a product in store. They told us there were 6. So we drove the hour all the way up and there was not a single one on the shelf. We then had them scan the ticket and it said there were 4 in the store. But somehow they couldn’t find any of these 4. When we brought it up to customer service all they said was “that's frustrating”. Disappointed in lack of customer service. 3rd bad experience with fleet farm in the last 2 weeks. We did appreciate the younger gentlemen that spent time actually trying to find the batteries. Hope things improve otherwise we will be finding a new establishment for sporting goods.

Great place to go. Awesome selection. Brand names. People are always so helpful at the store in GB. Very professional and very helpful. I will always go back there. Excellent prices. Updated 6/17/2022: been going to this location since I moved back to Green Bay since about November maybe even December? What I like about this Fleet Farm over the other one(GB off Taylor) is that the one off Taylor Street it’s hard to get in and out of -the gas station, as well as the parking lot. This FF has a much better layout less congestion for traffic lines aren’t as long or slow shelves seem to be more organized or start better the store seems to be clean you’re definitely in the bathroom but also if you wanna get gas the car wash is right there if you want to vacuum out your vehicle it’s right next to the car wash and the auto centers right next to the car wash in the gas station either way Fleet Farm is awesome . I always use the gas coupon when I get the popcorn where if you spend $50 you get five dollars off on your purchase so I always use that in the rewards points. This store seems to have more people available to answer questions, lines aren’t as long more organized cleaner and better staffed. But like I said I just like Fleet Farm! Watch for the employee pricing they do that a couple times a year where you can get 20% off on your purchase after you use your coupon and only sales… Free farm will have a big banner up on their store and I also appreciate that they do a discount for veterans every so often I wish they would just do it like Home Depot does or some of the other stores

Ordered a sale item as soon as it was available, $200 off a pair of ice fishing bibs. Days later I was sent an email canceling my order, no explanation. Very annoying! I could have ordered them from other places for the same price but chose Fleet Farm, mistake. Price went back up everywhere else, if they even have them available.

Was denied a sale from sporting goods because I was STRANGE and acting WEIRD??? Their words not mine. Please Specify??? Seriously, I'm INCREDIBLY CURIOUS. Don't waste people's time, and just tell customers up front so they can shop else where. I also buy sporting goods here all the time too, not wasting anymore hard earned money at this place. Where they push you to the side with no detailed explanation as to why, just feels really disrespectful. Do business with establishments that actually respects and care for their customers.
