This is usually my favorite location for my medication (pharmacy) when I need to pick up my meds I like to pick up stuff I need around the house ,well the past couple of times I've gone in the selfs have been pretty bare. But yesterday September 22,2024 I went in an the women's feminine section was completely empty I am not exaggerating ,then went for Lysol an nope that section was not as bad but nothing on shelf's,then off to the vitamins an nothing again .I'm just wondering if ur going out of business cause the store is literally empty? I left empty handed an had to go to Walgreens to get what I needed .
Bs store! ... gonna start getting meds & other stuff else where because they "shut down public restrooms" even to paying customers. Public who don't pay understandable. Also very rude about it & pharmacy techs are about slow as sloths.
Every single staff I run into at this Rite Aid seems to combative and/or irritated that you have even come in. The pharmacy is THE WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to. It is a struggle to get prescriptions filled or filled when they say they it would be filled by. The way I have been spoken to by the pharmacy staff and even the pharmacist has spoken to me has been so rude and condescending. Today I even heard the pharmacist on a phone call and I was horrified the way they were speaking to who I can only assume was a customer. We will be going else where. I’d rather drive 40 minutes to Ellensburg Rite Aid versus dealing with Union Gap Rite Aid.
Customer service at this location isn't the best. Because of product placement in the pharmacy area I bought the wrong test strips for my blood glucose meter. The packages were identical in design and color. It wasn't until I got home, opened them, did I realize it was a different brand name. Honest mistake, since I gather that is what happened with the individual placing the wrong products next to each other in the first place. No one smiled at this location. It's like they all hate their jobs or something. Nothing came of the test strips situation. I couldn't exchange or get a refund since the package was opened. And the strips I need cost way to much. Also, I have work in the quick service industry for over 20 years. I have worked lunch and dinner rushes with less people than the pharmacy had. I was the only person in the lobby. We always had to have a smile on our face. Never able to bring our home life to work. So one would expect a little more warmth for people who are only coming there because they are sick and or not feeling well.
The techs are nice but the pharmacist is so rude. She rolls her eyes as soon as I walk up to the window (not sure why, I’ve never met her before) and she is very mean. I stopped going to this pharmacy because she is so abrasive
