There are soooo many cute holiday pet outfits there that I want to dress my little kitties up in!! I settled for some really cute collars though, because they were pretty spendy. The steep prices are my only complaint. The store itself is very clean and well stocked - it seems like it would have EVERYTHING you could possibly need for any kind of pet you may have because there's such a vast selection. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I'll definitely be going back again.

I went in and they were out of the dog food I needed luckily one of the workers who I believed was a manager help me find a substitution and also priced matched it to the original food I get. He was honestly so helpful and so nice and caring and came to help me within seconds when I was standing in the aisle.

I would give a zero star if I could, customer service is horrible. I had noticed aroynd two dead fish inside of a tank and I had asked one of the workers named Jayde If he/she could do something about it, politely , and he/she just ignored me and walked away. horrible, horrible, horrible.

New manger very rude. If she keeps it up she will cause them to go bankrupt. Wouldn’t suggest taking your pet here. They had one great groomer Alex and he know longer works there.

I am very upset and dissatisfied with the service at the Yakima Petsmart salon. I had a bath/brush scheduled for my Pomeranian. When we took him in, they said they couldn't give him a bath because of matts behind his ears. I then clipped the matts myself that night and rescheduled the appointment. When my husband took him in the next day, they said he was "severely" matted especially under his armpits and sent him away again. I went back in later myself with my dog and I asked them to show me the matts and magically there were no matts!! They then put blame on my husband saying he must of done something since he was in earlier. But now that there were no matts they could give him his bath. Really??
