Groomers are great. Management terrible. I showed up for a (2) 9 am appointments at 850am. After knocking and knocking and knocking the door was opened at 856, to which I was told I was 10 minutes early, the groomers were not there yet and I needed to wait in my car. At 9:01 AM the same person unlocked all the doors yet groomers did not show up until after that once I saw the groomers walk in I took my first dog and checked him in and then went out to the car and brought my second dog in who was new to the facility and still needed to be checked in and proof of vaccinations…. I have no doubt that these employees of Petco are not paid to show up any earlier than they’re very first appointment times. no way to run a business, terrible customer service by whoever opened that door first thing, and for God sake, get a bell so people don’t have to pound on your front door that remains locked until after their appointment time begins. It also takes me 20 minutes to get to your facility and after receiving two text messages telling me and reminding me that my appointment started at 9 AM to them be told I needed to wait in my car and that I was 10 minutes early is completely asinine
The girls are always so sweet! My dogs aren’t scared! They look great they always do what I ask. I am very impressed with the girls that groom my dogs. Taco and Oakley are regulars
Candy loved her grooming appointment! She was visibly happy and "energized" after getting her bath and summer haircut. Elizabeth is amazing with how she interacts with and grooms Candy!
The team was great. It’s always been a great experience for me and my dog, Roxie. They are friendly and kind. Having Roxie groomed there has helped greatly with the amount of shedding at home. I appreciated the suggestion to sign up for the Vital Care to help save me some money.
Camille is amazing and know what I want. I love her work. She listens and understands all my wants and needs for my pup.
