Fur Street Grooming

Just look at the before and after! They did a wonderful job on my little Pepper. Took about 3 hours. She looks so adorable. New place in Tumwater, so I'm so happy we have a n ice Groomer in our town. Everyone is so friendly. Tired of the big business places, they just rush your dogs through. My other 2 dogs are next to be groomed next month,so excited! Update: 7/25/24 We had some fun with colors today. Lexi did an awesome job. The dogs look terrific. It is absolutely adorable for the summer ☀️ She has become our regular groomer, the dogs are so used to her now!

We have used this groomer three times. The first time was great but the next two times they did not listen to any of our instructions and shaved our dog almost to the skin. Then, when we inquired about them not following our instructions, they texted us to say they were not the “right fit” for us. Disappointing.

The best. Everyone loves dogs, are friendly and do great work. Blue loves it there, I'm not sure if Misty does, but misty always looks great after a spa day at fur street grooming.

We have been going to this groomer since they opened. The dogs always looked great and the staff were engaging; we really loved the place. Something has charged, staff seem very stressed and we had issues the last few appointments with the dogs partially groomed at pick up. This last time the place was very busy, both dogs supposedly had “panic attacks” and they told us to come get them. We have gone here every other month for three years and never had that happen until now. We tip generously, we pick up our dogs on time and we treat the staff kindly. I don’t know if they are overbooking themselves or it’s something else but it seems they don’t want our business anymore.

I have a reactive and extremely anxious dog, with who it feels nearly impossible to take her anywhere to get her nails done. I called and asked if they'd be willing to try with her because she won't let me do them at home and they scheduled me to come in on a quieter day. The team at Fur Street Grooming was AMAZING with her. No nipping incidents, no broken or bleeding nails at the end. My girl was still scared but they did such an amazing job at handling her and getting her nails nice and short/dull. I've taken her here twice and now I can't imagine ever taking her anywhere else. They're so kind and have taken my anxiety around getting her nails done :) If I could rate them higher than 5 starts I would.
