Shout out to Dolly and the Shear Heaven crew! My little pup is extremely difficult to deal with and Dolly is always so patient and does the best job at making my girl as comfortable as possible. Her cut came out so good. I love it! Thanks for being so professional and compassionate!

My wife called in to have our dog either groomed or the minimum have her nails cut, our other dog groomer has been super flaky, and our dogs nails were over grown which my wife had specified, so I take my dog in and during the cut of her nails, the lady cut into her nail bed so damn deep she was bleeding everywhere. Our dog does not like groomers in general, and based on all of the great reviews, we thought this would be a great place to go to. We were very wrong. Our poor girl was literally shaking all the way home in the car. I don’t care if it cost me $10 to have her nails clipped, that was $10 worth of trauma For our dog. Will not be returning.

Brought my dad's dog down for his summer trim. They were super awesome with Otis! He looks super cute! I was delayed picking up due to other appts and they were so nice about it! Will definitely bring Otis back when he's due for his trim again. Thanks guys!

We take all three of our dogs here for grooming and they do a great job. We have a Pomeranian mix, cockpapoo and Bernese mountain dog. Would highly recommend their services.

My doggo is very picky about who she allows near her and trusts with her nails. We've been coming here for about 6 years and they do such a great job with her. They know she has horrible anxiety and they work so well with her, getting her in and out quickly. I'm so grateful.
