Just wanted to give a shout out to Ralph at the Selah location for the amazing deal on some feed tonight! Gonna have some mighty happy ponies! THANK YOU!

The selah location has gone to the gutter. The Person that's supposed to be the store manager BILL can't see literally. He stares at a screen 1in from his face And still cannot read what's on the screen in front of him. At the same time, treating you like an idiot.Because he can't see what's there to find out the problem. Assistant manager Ralph explained To me that his store numbers are more important that the customer STRAIGHT FROM HIS MOUTH!!!! I have even witnessed Ralph Assistant store manager make a female employee cry in front of customer. Tried reaching out to District manager He acted like he wanted to listen and then never called me back when he said he would!!!! Trying to reach corporate is a joke. I will now go as far out of my way as possible to get.My animals supplies from a different store

We purchased a timecutter toro riding mower. Ramiro in selah Washington was amazing to deal with. 3 weeks later after I used my mower 3 times the deck belt broke. Went back an found Ramiro and explained a 3 week old machine shouldn't have broke a belt. He made it so I didn't have to purchase it. Thank you an really appreciate his helpfulness in solving this situation. Thank you Ramiro

Went in looking for a lawn mower tire that no one else had in stock. They had what I needed and more. The salesman was knowledgeable and ended up steering me towards using a plug which saved me about $40. Store was clean, well laid out, and the staff was helpful. Location is easy to access and plenty of parking is available.

I have mini dog puppies. Literally can fit all 4 puppies in my purse. Less than 5 pounds all together. Was going to take them to the dog wash and they wanted $10/each puppy even though they were getting washed all together. So... In home puppy spa for the win. Was hoping to get them used to the grooming setting early. Not here.
