I just had my dog in for grooming - they did a good job with the grooming and followed the instructions I gave. These are very nice folks who care about your furbabies and treats them well. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.

Absolutely best place to have your fur babies groomed. Our Fur Babies absolutely love going. When they come home they look so good, super soft. I wouldn't take our Fur Babies any place else. I highly recommend them. They are the best of the best

These are the greatest people with our little 4 pound chihuahua. We are over the road truck drivers and they were able to work us in with short notice. Daphne has separation anxiety as we rescued her from a shelter several years ago. She seem quite comfortable with owners. I would highly recommend Golden Clipper Dog Grooming to anyone that wants a loving environment for their dog.

Super friendly staff who truly care about your fur baby. They do an excellent job too. My little poodle LOVES her spa day with Laurie and Forest!
