Just Around The Corner, Dog Grooming & Boutique

I have a German Shepard/Husky Mix who has never needed true grooming. However I recently added a Golden Doodle to the family. Golden Doodles have much different hair and need true grooming. I want the nothing but the best for my dogs. So of course I was nervous to finally make the decision to get my doodles haircut and trusting someone to do it. Just around the Corner was one of the first places that came up as well as one of the best rated when searching for a groomer. So I chose to give it a try. After trying them I don’t ever see myself going anywhere else, very impressed! The service despite being super busy was very professional and the team very composed. The vibe of the shop was very welcoming as well as very clean! I had no idea what to tell them when I walked in except “please do a standard doodle cut and clean him up”. As this was his first haircut and my first time having a dog that has long hair needing grooming. He has never looked better and I have never been so happy and impressed with a service. Truly an amazing shop and gem in this city. Definitely recommend! 😁

I am so impressed with them. They took care of my 5 pound Chihuahua trimming her nails. They did a great job and took good care of her. A couple years ago, I had her in a a groomer during COVID and they broke her tail. She's a small Chihuahua and doesn't take to be handled. She can be difficult, but they took really good care of her especially when I know she can be a challenge. I would recommend this place both my son and I take our dogs there. I just came back to Seattle and was looking for a new groomer and there were so many bad reviews for so many of them here in Seattle I like the reviews that I saw with this place.

I have been going to JATC since it opened on lower Queen Anne. These ladies took such good care of my dog, I followed them to the new location. It truly is a pleasure supporting this business. My dog Ziggy enjoys his time with them. The rates are reasonable. They take their time and keep him comfortable throughout the service. I truly appreciate how well he is treated since he is a rescue born without a joint in his back right leg.

I just went in for my puppies first grooming session. The price is great and the service was amazing. They massaged, bathed, clipped her nails, trimmed her paw hair, sanitary, and got the long pieces in front of her eyes. They went over everything when I dropped her off and let me know it would be 2-3 hrs and were right on time for pick up.

We've been taking our doodle dog here for 6+ years for great haircuts. The owner, Amber, has always been very nice, warm, and professional - things we look for in someone who is taking care of a family member, even if for only a few hours at a time.
