Rite Aid

0/5 I usually do not write review but for this Rite aid pharmacy I had too. All I can say is the the male pharmacist that works here has the worst customer service. He has a horrible attitude and when he talks too you it’s like you are beneath him. One time almost made me cry when I left the pharmacy. There is a certain medication only this rite aid pharmacy carries otherwise I would take my business to a different pharmacy. I don’t know what else too do. Going here just give me anxiety because I know I have a 50% chance to get yelled at and treated extremely poorly.

Nothing like having a pharmacy see you running like crazy to the counter just to slam the door in your face only 1 minute after “closing” time while your child is laid up at home with a fractured spine! But do you think they care? Nope, absolutely heartless!!

There's a homeless guy that harasses the customers walking in. The guy asked if I had money and I said "no I only have my card" and he kept asking me to buy him other things. Very annoying. Makes me not want to come here because I could go to another store and not get harassed before I even step inside.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Turned in my prescription refill last Tuesday, every day I call it didn’t come with the order. Will be finding a pharmacy that doesn’t restrict me from getting my prescriptions on time.

If you can AVOID this pharmacy as a Latino please DO. They discriminate through racism and ageism. My dad has been getting his medications from riteaid for over a decade and this location in particular; the last several years has treated him with the upmost disrespect. Mixing up his medications, medications never on time, all in all with rude customer service. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE.
