Canine Chateau

That’s the before and after pictures of my 2year old dog. I asked for a trim just 1 inch off and a good wash and brush, I then picked up my pup and he was completely shaved down and the hair cut wasn’t even blended. I mean if you want your dog to look like a skin walker this is definitely the place to go. And ON TOP of all of that they had cut both of his ears and he was bleeding very badly until we cleaned him all up. They then tried to charge me 150$ for this terrible haircut. It’s safe to say I will ABSOLUTELY not be coming back.

We absolutely loved our groomer at this establishment! I trusted her with my baby! This post is not about her. It about the receptionist. They had a family emergency last month. So they had to change our dogs grooming appointment. Everytime we called to get an update on them returning it was I think Tuesday or wait no Saturday. Then it was like can I make an appointment for our dog to get groomed and he was like call back on Tuesday. I called back and I got the run around when the groomer was returning. So I told him just this once we are taking our dog somewhere else till she returns as she needs a grooming bad! We haven't gotten a phone or anything regarding making her appointment or anything. It's sad because she is an excellent groomer! The lack of professionalism from her other staff and running a business is lacking. We have been going here for more than a year and would go monthly. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this establishment. I wish you all the best.

Alicia and her team took great care of Luna and they did an excellent job with grooming her. Luna can be a little skiddish at times, but warmed up to the staff almost immediately. I would definitely recommend the Canine Chateau to anyone looking for a skilled, friendly, and cost effective groomer in the Thurston county area. Looking forward to being a regular customer!

Jazmin always does an AMAZING job with our golden doodle, Franklin. She takes time to explain things and is so knowledgeable about grooming dogs! She also always asks for our preferences about specific things, like how we want franklin's tail to look. We took Franklin here to be groomed just 5 days before our wedding and I was really nervous but they did a great job (as always). We've been to a lot of different groomers but this is the only one I will truly rave about!!! 100/10 recommend!

Canine Chateau did a wonderful job on my miniature poodle. My old groomer was retiring, and the cut he has isn’t a simple one, but they were able to pull through and did a wonderful job. His appointment was at 9, and they called at 1 to let me know they’d be done around 1:45. I thought it was a bit long, but he looks nice and smelt great. I was quoted 85 at drop off but was prepared for it to be raised because of the custom cut. I was correct and his groom was 100$ without tip, which i thought was very fair. He is 25lbs. We will be setting up for regular appointments and am excited to be one of their clients.
