I really appreciate them having next day weekday availability since my regular place is booked a month out. You know how hard it is to find any last minute openings for this type of service typically. I booked for a different time online, but got a call from them the next morning to move the appointment up by 2.5 hours. Normally that might be a problem.. Luckily, I was able to move things around to make it work so that change didn’t mess up our schedule entirely. Communications were great. It took them approximately 2 hours for small size dog grooming. The length and style I requested was completed just like I asked. His tear stains were cleaned up nicely. There’s a few bald spots on my dog’s chest and leg, but I don’t mind since they’re not too obvious. The staff don’t look too friendly upon first interaction, but they are clear in communication and flexible with pick up time. They notify you 15 minutes before they’re done. The only downside is it can be pretty loud in the back room, which might make some dogs nervous/in distress by the loud noise. But overall good service. I’ll come back if needed :)

We have been bringing our dogs here for almost ten years now. They do a great job! They give our dog Amy breaks as she is getting older and the owner and the groomers are very friendly. Our dogs have always enjoyed coming here. Thank you Green Dog, bless you!

We have been taking our dog to Green Dog Grooming for a few years. Recently, he left with a terrible haircut and nicks and cuts. The groomer claimed that because the do was matted, he scratched himself and hence the nicks. What doesn't add up is that even the tip of his tail was bruised after the haircut. When we reached out back to the groomers, all we got was justification as to why it was none of their fault. See the previous before and after pictures, and you be the judge.

We love bringing our pet here! Since we came across this place, we don’t go anywhere else. Our doggie always looks so good after visiting Green Dog Grooming. Good prices & customer care is great! I love their texting feature, it’s so easy to text them and get your appointment set up!! Their responses are pretty quick too.

Really cute, slightly shabby little place in a lovely street downtown Kent. The young women I've encountered there are all kind and very loving towards my dog. The results are good, sometimes a little uneven on the scissoring work, but that's a skill that gets better with practice.
