Walmart Supercenter

Service has not been here for a long time. I cant call to verify if something is actually on the shelf as nobody answers the phone anymore and seems everyones too in a hurry to be pleasent. The prices are ok at the expence of lack of service. I guess They gave up one thing for the other.

My shopping experience at this location was exceptional! Due to the fantastic and friendly customer service I received while shopping here as well as checking out. Jodi went above and beyond to help locate the item I was looking for, then went out of her way to provide a cart for my overflowing armful of items. Joseph made the checkout easy and friendly with attending to the scanner promptly and providing friendly conversation along the way.

I haven't been in this store in yrs and love it! Nice...clean..organized. Great customer service! Had to buy tires and get a oil change..the guys were fantastic helping out this old lady!! Thanks guys!

Their automotive department has issues. The lady told me "my car was about to throw a rod" so they couldn't touch it because it was a liability. Pulled around front and saw they left my hood unlatched. She has a nasty attitude and slammed my purchases on the counter as she rang me up. Comments here also reflect their poor quality of service and attitudes in the automotive service center.

I asked for assistance to find two separate items and the two different people that I asked personally escorted me to the exact location to make sure I found what I was looking for. Two other employees addressed me very friendly and all were extraordinarily helpful. The store was also extremely well stocked, particularly following the busy Thanksgiving weekend.
