Sam was amazing with my dogs! They looked and smelled fantastic after their grooming appointment. I was so impressed with how gentle and patient she was with them. I highly recommend Sam for anyone looking for a reliable and caring groomer. Also love bringing my dogs for treats and just to socialize! The staff is super sweet and friendly!!

I took my 8 month old puppy to the grooming salon to get a haircut. When I got there, I had told Samantha that at previous grooming appointments, he’d been wiggly and anxious but they had stopped mid groom because they didn’t want to hurt him which is the right thing to do. Instead, she kept going which led him to get a bad cut on his ear. I got a call saying he had been “nicked” and was at the vet in the petsmart. I drove over and asked what had happened, but nobody knew. Sam was nowhere to be seen and the manager was explaining to us that it was “just a cut” even tho he hadn’t even seen how bad it was. After talking to him, he went to see my puppy with the vet and then comes out telling us he was going to need stitches immediately. I then later get a call from Sam saying how sorry she was, etc., but if she was really that sorry, she would’ve come out from wherever she was, i assume hiding, and explained what had happened from her pov. This whole thing could’ve so easily been avoided if she would’ve just done the right thing and stopped if she realized he was too wiggly and anxious. I would just be cautious if you’re thinking about bringing your dog here for a groom.

Truly inexperienced groomers! I asked for my dog to get a sanitary trim and he came back with his butt shaved and pubic area untouched. I specifically asked they not use electric razors, only scissors due to the type of fur. He also came back with his legs completely uncombed. His fur “feathers”, as I call them, desperately needed attention. Outrageous, especially since I paid extra for an upgraded groom. Almost $80 for my dog to look like a fool and still need further grooming at home!!!

I love petsmart when it comes to toys, treats, collars, and tags. We found some costumes already for Halloween and got our girl a sushi costume. She's so cute with it. It's fun to bring our dogs when we know it'll be slow there and seeing others animals are always fun too. Staff are always friendly as well.

This was definitely one of the nicest PetSmart locations that I've been to (and I've been to quite a few in CA, OR, and WA). Their fish section was very large and had an awesome selection. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a new tank. They were so kind, informative, and helpful. I think one was the manager (but I'm not sure) and the other was a cashier. I came in pretty sad that my tank leaked when I filled it up, but left happy and with a bigger/nicer tank and just paid the difference. I was in and out so quickly! They also have same day delivery via doordash, which I really loved using originally because it's super convenient since I hate leaving the house these days. I'm glad I actually went in today though and I can't wait to go back soon to stick up on pet supplies.
