My family has been taking their dog here and suggested I try them for my new dog. They were super friendly were happy to take me as a new client. It was difficult to find a groomer that would take a puppy Aussie doodle, and Hot Dogz were happy to squeeze him into their busy schedule. We will be back for our next hair cut.

I went in today for a nail trim service for my dog and was told that they are under new management and ownership and only do them by appointment now. I understand new policy changes, but on your website you still advertise nail trims as a walk-in service. The only "notice" of this change is a posterboard taped in the window. There was no way for me, or any other clients to know that this change had been made until driving to your business and being turned away. I've been coming here exclusively for over 2 years and making a 40 minute round-trip commute from Bellingham, and was still turned away. This is very bad business to just change your policy on a whim, not update your policies online, and not contact any of your clients to let them know of your policy changes, and knowingly turn them away when they tell you they just drove out of their way to come to your establishment. I went to another establishment and received better service for my dog and they even gave her a complimentary pup cup. I do not see myself returning here.

They always take such great care of my corgi and give her love while I’m away. I enjoy the the different bandanas she comes home with. After her groom her undercoat looks much better! * her last groomer at a different location she was afraid to go to, but here she loves to go and has no issue. I would recommend!

I have three very large rotties whose nails have been neglected during this pandemic. Took them all three in this morning. They were terrified, there was some drama. These gals were so kind, professional and patient with my big babies. Highly recommend. Highly recommend.

Great shop, very friendly and excellent dog groomers! I have a 40 lb Australian labradoodle and Debbie does an amazing job, really takes her time and has a lot of pride in her work. I would highly recommend her.
