The only thing that this store needs is a good clerk ( male with glasses on working day time). He was bragging about how there were not many customers because he made sure there were no penny items for penny shoppers with a smile to the incoming customers.. That is not how you win customers, but that is the best way to lose them. He told us that that is one of the reasons he got promoted to be assistant manager or supervisor.. Please be nice to all..
While this store is clean and fairly well stocked, the biggest down fall is the lack of customer service and staff up front to help with basic checkout questions or pickup orders. When I arrived for pickup this weekend I had to walk around the store just to find a staff member and when I found one she was rude and short with me. The other employees seemed confused that order pickup was a service that was offered. When I asked if I could get my order I was told that my card never processed and that my order wasn’t ready. So why did I get two texts and an email saying my order was ready? Not only that but my card was in fact charged. There’s also no clear instructions on the app that tell you where to go for order pickup once inside. My app said my order was on shelf number 1 but failed to specify where that was inside the store. The store doesn’t offer any signage for order pickup either. Don’t offer a service if you can’t provide it!
I visited the Burbank WA store on Friday, 3/4/22 @ 11:00am. The customer service was excellent. Shelves were well stocked and the store was clean. I wish i got the names of the two ladies that stopped everything to help me find an item. They are the reason for my 5 star review.
Amazing Customer Service. And well known to donate Children Literacy. Also have discounts and coupons. Very clean and organized.
It's so nice to have this store local to us in Burbank. We go here several times a week.
