Nana Doggie Grooming

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews. Took my Pomeranian in for a trim. I was very very clear on what I wanted. She chopped up my beautiful dogs fur. It looks awful. Her ears are hexagonal and she claims I told her to cut her ears. I did not. I love my dogs perfect triangle fluffy ears. They will take forever to grow back. Her back fur is chopped off at a 90 degree angle. She is a choppy mess. There is no way to even fix these ears because they are down to the skin. We tried to ask her for a refund or even partial refund and she actually ended up yelling at me and in the end acting “fake sad”. I was nearly crying. I’m sorry muffin… you didn’t deserve this. Last photos are right before the cut… her ears were perfect. Also update: ended up crying :(

My dog loves coming here to Hwa Sun. She does a great job and always remembers what we said last time even if I don't. She also makes sure to bring up anything she notices, like hot spots or teeth issues. Highly recommend for little dogs! 🥰

Hwa is wonderful. I have a 14 year old Cavapoo who is very weak in his hind legs and I’m sure is not a joy to groom. I don’t need him cut any special way, just clean him up nice and give him a good even trim, and Hwa does this better than any groomer I’ve used and over 14 years, and Ive used a lot!! I wish we’d found her sooner but now that we have we will keep coming back as long as she’ll have us.

We have taken our standard poodle here twice now and have been incredibly happy both times. She does a fantastic job with the cut, especially around the face and ears. Our poodle does not like his ears being messed with but she has done the best job of any groomer we have tried at getting the hair out of inside. Pricing is also very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone!
