My corgi, Bambi has been been going here for almost a year now. Cheryl and Paloma are Bambi’s favorite groomers. They take real good care of her and always make her look extra cute with her little Bows. Definitely recommend this place!!

If I could give more stars I would!! This was my rescue dog's potentially first professional groom, so I was nervous how he would behave. Paloma was sooo friendly and kind, and she made me feel completely at ease about the whole process. The Pawbillion shop is nice and clean, the environment is friendly and air conditioned (so good during a heat wave!). When I went to pick up my dog, Paloma patiently gave me a detailed summary of how everything went and gave me tips on what I can do to further desensitise my dog at home. I immediately booked my next appointment with her because 1) Buster looks so clean and smells so good after the groom, but more importantly 2) I really trust Paloma. My only regret is I didn't tip enough :( Paloma, if you see this, can I get your Venmo? I'm serious!

We love Pawbillion - they do an amazing job on our two pups, Hamilton & Rory, and they love it there as well. Super kind, amazing customer service, and the best groomers in the Seattle/Bellevue area. We would not think of going anywhere else!

Before you schedule your dog to come here, I want you to read this review. They have absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. They write all of their appointments in a physical book and when you schedule an appointment, sometimes they forget to write it down and you end up, bringing your dog after leaving work and they deny you at the door and tell you to go home. This happened to me twice after I booked an appointment left work brought my dog in, and they told me they could not groom him because they didn’t write the appointment down even though the appointment was made months in advance. Oh, I forgot to mention that last time they cut his paw and left him bleeding while we walked out of the place. After to write down the appointment that I made months in advance, they sent me home and told me that my dog could not be at the top of the waitlist. To clarify, they made a mistake multiple times I brought my dog in, and they refused to groom him and claimed that they didn’t write the appointment down in their little book. I strongly urge you to find a different groomer. These people don’t care about dogs and they do a horrible job at scheduling and it’s a waste of time and money to come here. If you don’t want your dog to be cut and bleeding then don’t come here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

If you come across negative customer service reviews, take them seriously. Twice this year, I scheduled my dog for a haircut, only to arrive and find he wasn't booked. Rather than offering good customer service, they simply stated there was nothing they could do, refusing even to prioritize us on the waiting list. This incident comes after they accidentally cut my dog's paw during a previous visit. It's a surefire way to lose a customer!
