Brought my daughter hoody she got for Christmas from her brother.....well no they don't let you exchange it. The money goes back on the card. How is this fair to my 10 year old that she walked out of the store crying.

I already posted a review on this store. They have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a certain brand of dog food with no wheat or grains at all because I have a dog with a skin allergy that causes her to lose her hair, and it's getting worse! With staff help I was able to find just what I thought I needed and she thought I was right in my selection. So I am very happy to stay with a proven brand that is specialized in the area I needed. Everyone is friendly, and I like that. I will definitely be back! And I do heartily recommend them!

2 years ago a ton of pellets was tipped over into the back windows of my truck by a employee who clearly had no business on a fork lift, also not even a manager bothered to help me pick up the mess. I tried to give them another chance and purchase 4 tons of pellets. The check processing machine was not working and in front of other customers I was told that I need to figure it out with my bank. I had other means of payment but was too embarrassed and pisssed off. Never again.

Friendly staff and have been super helpful when we've had product quality issues in orders. Quick to help and friendly.

Customer service at this store is always excellent. Always a greeting when you walk in. We love this particular Tractor Supply. I have been to a bunch of these stores, but this one in particular is a step above the best. Go there and see for yourself.
