I had the worst interaction yesterday with a staff member it was about 10am I arrived. I was looking for a product that was in stock I could not find it so I asked this guy, He was extremely rude my fish tank ended up cracking and I wanted to get this glass silicone sealant that they had and he said there was none in stock when there was. I told him my situation and he did not seem to care at all, I ended up finding the product on my own that was hidden behind other products. The lady at the register was much nicer and empatheized with me
Joann groomed my dogs today and she was completely wonderful. They obviously felt very safe and happy in her hands and she did a great job! I will for sure be taking them to her from now on!
Today I took my 16 year old mini poodle to Petco for his final grooming; he just needed a little work to get him cleaned up for a good bye tour. We are relatively new to Vermont, and I'd had a few bad experiences with groomers at other establishments. (Not Petco) The care and skill demonstrated by the grooming staff has been outstanding at every visit, but particularly today. Thank you Joann and your colleagues for your skill and compassion. Kathy
The employees are nice, but wow, there needs to be more people working here. I waited half an hour to just get some shrimp. Nothing against the employees, but management needs to get more people, especially for aquatics.
Manager is completely unsuitable for the job and doesn’t seem to care for people or animals. Completely miserable and annoyed appearance making anyone’s visit feel uncomfortable. Other people have also noticed and written in the comments. Found a pet budgie nearby Petco at the hotel and brought it in, was hoping for some kind of positive response or some kind of comforting reply that they would look after it or find the owners but got nothing except a miserable mutter saying they will do something with it, no eye contact and just the manager shaking it off the hat it was on and shoving it into a box. I do not feel like he is reliable and now I worry for the bird but I’m on the way to the airport for a flight.
