On December 24, I purchased a small jacket for my dog when I put it on the dog. I felt like it was a little snug so I brought it back to the store. They let me exchange for a bigger size. I showed them the card that I originally paid for it and they were able to let me do the exchange there. When I got home and put the medium size on, it was much larger than I had anticipated so on December 26 I want to exchange it back to the small size and because I didn’t have the actual tag on the jacket. They refused to do a local exchange in the store instead they make me purchase again the same product That I had originally bought very frustrating and poor Customer Service no other store would treat someone like that. Very frustrated beyond belief that I’m stuck with a product that I cannot use.

Beautiful flowers, nice selection of Carhartt clothing, if you need a tool or something for your animals, they got it. Saves a trip to Rutland or Burlington for a number of different items.

This place is fantastic! Prices and selection are solid, and the employees are awesome! I appreciate any business that is dog-friendly, but this place really sets the bar high. All the women who were working when I visited for the first time this Sunday were super kind and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to help me and my pup out even though I came in relatively close to closing time. I bought a few things I wouldn't have otherwise just because they were so nice. I'll definitely be coming back soon and supporting this business! -A forever customer and her very happy, clean pup

Great selection of everything you need! Went there for "Muck" boots... prices comparable to Amazon. Nice mirror for trying things on. Very sweet staff, nice bathrooms. I also love their home decor.
